As part of the REMPEC activities for the Mediterranean Sea, Dr. Elliott Taylor just completed three national workshops on the assessment of management capabilities and national systems to respond to marine oil pollution, leading to development of national improvement plans. Countries in which Elliott Taylor lead and facilitated the activities were Albania (18-20 October), Montenegro (13-14 October), and Turkiye (24-26 October).
