Dr. Elliott Taylor assisted in executing and provided instruction in a Regional Training Course and Exercises on oil spill preparedness, response and co-operation in Miami (April 2014), in conformity with the 1990 OPRC Convention. The workshop, through joint coordination of the USCG, RAC-REMPEITC, and OSRL Americas, provided classroom and field instruction to 20 participants representing 14 countries from the Caribbean region (http://cep.unep.org/racrempeitc/news-events).
