Course Objective
The
course is designed to provide Spill Response Managers with an
overall understanding of the key issues that are involved with
submerged or sunken oils. This one-day or half-day training involves
several group exercises and focuses on the development of practical
guidelines and realistic options for non-floating oil. The following
