Dr. Elliott Taylor and Mr. Jose Rios conducted interviews, evaluated exercises and ongoing cleanup activities, and completed field site assessments of Gran Tierra’s operations in Putumayo and Magdalena Medio regions. Results of the spill response program were summarized using the ARPEL RETOS tool, identifying opportunities for improvements to the spill preparedness program.

Polaris personnel are currently working to restore a reef offshore of Túxpam de Rodríguez Cano, on the gulf side of Mexico.
