Dr. Taylor served as an oil spill expert instructor, along withMr. Miguel Patel (ITOPF) and Mr. Paul Lattanzi (IMO representative/USCG), for two workshops: a one-day session on oil spill preparedness and response for media and NGOs followed by a two-day session with government and industry executives and managers.
