Spill Readiness Assessment for Oil Production Operations in Colombia (20-26 June 2018)

Dr. Elliott Taylor and Mr. Jose Rios conducted interviews, evaluated exercises and ongoing cleanup activities, and completed field site assessments of Gran Tierra’s operations in Putumayo and Magdalena Medio regions. Results of the spill response program were summarized using the ARPEL RETOS tool, identifying opportunities for improvements to the spill preparedness  program.

Coastal Spill Response Training for Ditidaht (19 – 20 April 2018)

Dr. Elliott Taylor and José Ríos delivered a two-day course for the Ditidaht First Nation at their community on the shores of Lake Nitinat, BC.
